Weekly Wrap-Up Wednesday February 14 -February 20, 2019

My weekly wrap-ups include the books I read the past week along with mini reviews for each one.

The Assassin's Blade (Throne of Glass, #0.1-#0.5)The Assassin’s Blade(Throne of Glass, #0.1-#0.5) by Sarah J. Maas
Format: Paperback
Source: Barnes and Noble

I really wish I had read this book before Throne of Glass. Throne of Glass felt to me like I was coming into it in the middle of the story. This book filled in those missing spaces and also helped me understand Celaena better as a character.

Our Dark Duet (Monsters of Verity, #2)

I really enjoyed this one; more than the first one I think. There was a lot of action as well as revelations and mystery.

Down Among the Sticks and Bones (Wayward Children, #2)

I also think I enjoyed this one more than the first book. I really liked the beginning. I think a lot of people go into parenthood without knowing what that means or being ready for it. I also loved the ending and can’t wait to see what happens next!

That’s a wrap for this week. See you again next week!
